Overview
Archive NoteTian'e Longtan Bridge carries an expressway across the Hongshui River reservoir in Tian'e County, Hechi, Guangxi. The overall bridge is approximately 2,488.55 m long, with a calculated main arch span of 600 m.
Its deck-type stiffened-skeleton concrete arch was built using a structural steel-tube skeleton to support staged concrete placement. The bridge opened to traffic on 1 February 2024. The preceding span record belonged to the Pingnan Third Bridge in Guangxi; reported nominal and calculated spans for that bridge should not be mixed.
