Overview
Archive NoteLisovskaya achieved the mark in Moscow on 7 June 1987. The World Athletics official all-time list places her 22.63-metre throw first, with a clearly recorded date.
In 1987 she represented the Soviet Union. Later changes to citizenship must not be used to alter the historical national representation for this performance.
Guinness also notes that Lisovskaya accounts for several of the longest women's shot put throws. The original records confirm Moscow but do not establish a sufficiently reliable exact throwing-circle location; this entry therefore references the existing Moscow city Place rather than inventing stadium coordinates.
