Overview
Archive NoteThe UCI Hour Record measures the distance travelled in a prescribed 60-minute track effort, rather than the time required to complete a set road distance.
Bussi had become the first woman to break the 50 km threshold in 2023 at the same velodrome, reaching 50.267 km. She abandoned an attempt the day before the successful 2025 ride.
The 2025 result improved her earlier best by 188 metres. Bussi also held the record with a 48.007 km ride in 2018, illustrating the progression of this distinct event.
